2.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least 21 years of age to register a kiw69 Account or to use any part of the kiw69 Platform. By completing the registration process, you represent and warrant that you are 21 years of age or older. kiw69 operates a strict zero-tolerance policy toward underage gambling and will suspend without notice any Account where there is reasonable suspicion that the registered user is under 21.
2.2 Residency. You must be a resident of Indonesia. kiw69 is designed and optimized for the Indonesian market and is not directed at users in jurisdictions where online betting is lawfully prohibited by applicable local legislation. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of kiw69 complies with the laws and regulations of your country and locality of residence.
2.3 Legal Capacity. You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you. Persons who have been declared legally incapacitated by a court of competent jurisdiction are not eligible to register.
2.4 Prohibited Persons. The following individuals are not eligible to register or maintain a kiw69 Account:
3.1 Single Account Policy. Each individual person may register and maintain exactly one kiw69 Account. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or shared accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions.
3.2 Accurate Information. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration and to update your Account details promptly if any information changes. Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent registration details is grounds for immediate Account suspension and forfeiture of any Balance.
3.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your Account credentials with any third party. kiw69 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your Account that results from your failure to keep your credentials secure.
3.4 Notification of Unauthorized Access. You must notify kiw69 immediately via live chat or by writing to [email protected] if you become aware of or suspect any unauthorized access to or use of your Account.
3.5 Account Ownership. kiw69 Accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, assign, or otherwise dispose of your Account or any part of your Balance to any other person. Any such attempted transfer is void and constitutes grounds for Account suspension.
4.1 Verification Requirement. kiw69 is required to verify the identity and age of all Members before processing a first withdrawal. The KYC process requires you to submit a clear, unaltered copy of a valid Indonesian government-issued identity document (KTP — Kartu Tanda Penduduk) and, where required, a selfie photograph holding the document.
4.2 Additional Documentation. kiw69 reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time, including but not limited to: proof of address, proof of payment method ownership (e.g., a photograph of the registered bank card or e-wallet screen showing your name and account number), or source-of-funds documentation, particularly where transaction volumes are elevated or unusual activity is detected.
4.3 Processing Time. kiw69 aims to complete standard KYC reviews within 24 hours of receiving complete documentation. Complex cases or requests for additional documents may take longer. Withdrawals will remain on hold until KYC is fully approved.
4.4 Refusal to Verify. If you decline to submit requested KYC documentation, or if submitted documents cannot be verified to kiw69's satisfaction, kiw69 reserves the right to restrict Account functionality and to return your deposited funds (net of any bonus amounts) via the original deposit method, less any applicable processing fees.
5.1 Accepted Payment Methods. kiw69 accepts deposits via the following Indonesian payment channels: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, Bank Permata, OCBC NISP, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. 5.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is Rp 25.000. There is no maximum single deposit limit, though kiw69 reserves the right to apply account-level deposit limits based on KYC status and risk profile.
5.3 Currency. All deposits are accepted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) only. kiw69 does not accept deposits in foreign currencies, cryptocurrency, or any asset class other than IDR transferred through approved Indonesian payment channels.
5.4 Processing Time. Deposits via e-wallet (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja) are credited to your kiw69 Account within seconds of confirmation. Bank transfer deposits are credited upon receipt of bank confirmation, typically within a few minutes to one hour depending on the originating bank's processing schedule.
5.5 Deposit Source. You warrant that all funds deposited into your kiw69 Account are your own property, obtained through lawful means. kiw69 does not accept deposits from third-party sources. Deposits received from a payment method not registered in your name will be returned and may trigger an account review.
5.6 Failed Deposits. If a deposit payment is initiated but not credited to your Account within the expected timeframe, you should contact kiw69 live chat support with your transaction reference number. kiw69 will investigate and resolve confirmed deposit failures promptly.
6.1 Eligibility to Withdraw. Withdrawals are available to Members who have completed the KYC verification process. You may only withdraw funds to a bank account or e-wallet registered in your own name and matching the name on your verified kiw69 Account.
6.2 Minimum Withdrawal. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000. Requests below this threshold will not be processed.
6.3 Processing Time. kiw69 targets the following processing times for withdrawal requests:
6.4 Withdrawal to Original Method. For anti-money-laundering compliance, kiw69 generally requires that withdrawals be made to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit of equivalent or greater value. kiw69 may request additional documentation before processing a withdrawal to a new payment method.
6.5 Bonus Withdrawal Restrictions. Bonus Funds are subject to Wagering Requirements before they become eligible for withdrawal. Real-money funds and Bonus Funds are tracked separately within your Account Balance. Withdrawal requests will be applied first to real-money funds, subject to applicable minimum wagering conditions.
6.6 Right to Withhold. kiw69 reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawal processing pending completion of KYC, investigation of suspected fraud, investigation of a breach of these Terms & Conditions, or receipt of a lawful third-party request to freeze funds.
7.1 General. kiw69 may from time to time offer promotional bonuses, welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and other incentives ("Promotions"). Each Promotion is subject to its own specific terms and conditions published at the time the Promotion is offered, which must be read in conjunction with these Terms & Conditions.
7.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless a Promotion is explicitly marked as "No Wagering", all Bonus Funds credited under a Promotion are subject to a Wagering Requirement. The applicable Wagering Requirement multiplier, qualifying products, time limit, and minimum odds (for sports betting bonuses) will be stated in the Promotion's specific terms. Bonus Funds that have not met the applicable Wagering Requirement by the stated expiry date will be forfeited automatically.
7.3 One Bonus at a Time. Unless a Promotion's specific terms state otherwise, a Member may only hold one active bonus at a time. Opting into a new Promotion while a previous bonus is still subject to a Wagering Requirement may result in forfeiture of the earlier bonus.
7.4 Bonus Abuse. The following activities constitute bonus abuse and will result in forfeiture of all bonus funds and may result in Account suspension:
7.5 Right to Modify or Withdraw Promotions. kiw69 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any Promotion at any time with reasonable notice where practicable. Promotions are intended for individual recreational bettors and are not valid for commercial or professional betting entities.
8.1 General Betting Rules. All sports bets placed through the kiw69 Sportsbook are subject to the specific betting rules applicable to that sport, market, and event type, as published in the Sportsbook Help section. In the event of any conflict between general betting rules and sport-specific rules, the sport-specific rules prevail.
8.2 Mix Parlay. Mix parlay (multi-leg accumulator) bets require all selected legs to win for the bet to return a profit. If one leg is voided (e.g., due to match abandonment), that leg is removed from the accumulator and the remaining legs stand. Standard kiw69 mix parlay rules apply; minimum odds per leg and minimum number of legs are specified in the Sportsbook terms.
8.3 Live In-Play Betting. In-play bets are accepted at kiw69's discretion. kiw69 reserves the right to suspend in-play markets without notice, particularly in the event of technical difficulties, score changes, or a match incident that materially alters the market. Bets accepted prior to a suspension remain valid unless voided under applicable game rules.
8.4 Casino and Slot Games. Slot games and live casino games are provided by certified third-party studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Pocket Games Soft, and Spribe. Each game's rules, return-to-player (RTP) percentage, and volatility rating are accessible within the game interface. kiw69 does not control the outcomes of third-party game software; outcomes are determined by certified random number generators (RNG).
8.5 Sabung Ayam. Sabung ayam (live cockfighting event betting) is available as a live-streamed betting product. Bets are settled on the declared outcome of each individual bout. In the event of a draw or a bout declared invalid by the event organizer, bets on that bout are voided and stakes returned. Meron (red-corner) and Wala (white-corner) markets operate on standard pari-mutuel or fixed-odds rules as specified at the time of placing.
8.6 Togel. Togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) products available at kiw69 operate according to the draw schedule and prize structure published in the Togel section of the Platform. Draw results from certified providers are final and not subject to dispute unless a technical error in the kiw69 display of results can be demonstrated.
8.7 Error and Manifest Odds. kiw69 reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds that were published in error (manifest error), including but not limited to odds that are clearly and materially incorrect relative to true market prices. Members are not entitled to exploit manifest errors and any profits derived from bets placed on clearly erroneous odds may be recalculated or voided.
8.8 Bet Settlement. kiw69 aims to settle all bets promptly upon the conclusion of the relevant event. In the event of a dispute regarding settlement, the decision of kiw69's Trading team is final, subject to the formal dispute procedure in Clause 15.

10.1 Ownership. 10.2 Limited License. kiw69 grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial recreational use only. This license does not permit you to copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from any kiw69 content without prior written consent.
10.3 Prohibited Use. You may not use the kiw69 brand, name, or any Platform content in any manner that implies a commercial relationship with kiw69 or that could damage its reputation. Unauthorized use of kiw69's intellectual property may give rise to legal action.
11.1 Service Availability. kiw69 strives to maintain continuous Platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted service. The Platform may be temporarily unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, emergency maintenance, technical failures, third-party service disruptions, or force majeure events. kiw69 will not be liable for any losses arising from temporary Platform unavailability.
11.2 Exclusion of Consequential Loss. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, kiw69 shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or relating to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of opportunity, or emotional distress.
11.3 Cap on Direct Liability. kiw69's total aggregate liability to you for direct damages arising from any single incident shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your kiw69 Account in the 30 days preceding the incident giving rise to the claim.
11.4 Third-Party Game Content. kiw69 is not liable for errors, malfunctions, or incorrect outcomes resulting from third-party game software. Any claims relating to game fairness or outcome disputes involving third-party studios shall be directed first to kiw69 support, which will escalate to the relevant studio where appropriate.
11.5 Your Own Conduct. You acknowledge that gambling involves risk and that you are solely responsible for your own betting decisions. kiw69 does not provide betting advice or financial advice of any kind. Any information, statistics, or betting tips available on the Platform are provided for informational purposes only and do not constitute a recommendation to place any particular bet.
12.1 Voluntary Closure. You may close your kiw69 Account at any time by contacting live chat support or writing to [email protected]. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining real-money Balance (net of Bonus Funds that have not met applicable Wagering Requirements) will be returned to your verified payment method within a reasonable period.
12.2 kiw69-Initiated Suspension. kiw69 reserves the right to suspend or restrict your Account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:
12.3 Permanent Ban. Accounts suspended for proven fraud, multi-accounting, money laundering, or other material violations will be permanently closed. Any Balance in permanently banned Accounts may be forfeited by kiw69 in its entirety where the relevant breach has been established to kiw69's reasonable satisfaction.
12.4 Effect of Termination. Upon termination of your Account for any reason, your license to use the kiw69 Platform is immediately revoked. Clauses 9, 10, 11, 13, and 15 of these Terms & Conditions shall survive Account termination.
13.1 Applicable Law. These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to kiw69's operating jurisdiction as recognized internationally.
13.2 Dispute Resolution. In the event of a dispute between you and kiw69, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter amicably through kiw69's internal dispute resolution process described in Clause 15. Where amicable resolution is not achieved within 30 days of formal notification, either party may refer the matter to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of a mutually agreed arbitral institution.
13.3 Language. These Terms & Conditions are written in English. In the event of any inconsistency between the English version and any translated version, the English version shall prevail.
14.1 Right to Amend. kiw69 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Members via a notification on the kiw69 Platform or by email to the address registered on your Account.
14.2 Effective Date. Amended terms take effect on the date specified in the notification, which will be at least seven (7) days after the notification is issued for material changes. Continued use of the kiw69 Platform after the effective date constitutes your acceptance of the amended terms.
